boiler repair issue
Dear Sirs,
I am writing with the utmost gratitude for the professional, competent, and caring attitude shown by your serviceman - Bill Purcell - who came to repair my boiler and insure that I have heat for the winter. It may be "just a job" to your company but it was my home and my heating system that needed repair, so it was very important to me.
Bill said two things to me that really stood out - "I will make this safe for you" and "I love my work". I work with trades people all the time in my position and such an outstanding attitude and work ethic is rare. If this attitude is because of a standard your company sets or if your hiring and retention practices mean that you are blessed with this caliber of employee, you are definately doing something right. Bill not only fixed my boiler but he also went above and beyond and left owner's manuals that wern't left available when I purchased the house. He also took the time to explain things about my system so that I could increase my knowledge about a critical appliance in my home.
Because I am a single woman with a single income, I am always leery of being taken advantage of by technicians and trades people I have to rely on to fix things I cannot fix myself. I am grateful that I have had such a positive experience with your company and your employee.
